Elections are upon us! We are looking for intrepid folks that either want to be President or are wanting to represent their region in the following regions 2, 5, 6, 7, 8. I thought Ed Grys was representing our region? Is he not going to do it again?

I haven't spoken Ed, but whether he is running again or not, if someone thinks they can do a good job they should run for the office.

Well, it's an unpaid volunteer position (as much as my wishful thinking would like to get paid to fly kites). I think you should send an email to the address mike listed and maybe also check the kite.org web site. They might have something there. Are you an AKA member?

Ed is stepping down as Regional Director this fall. I've lobbied Jesse Lamp to run, but if someone else is interested, please step forward!
