My advice. Fly. A lot. With other people.

I'm still working on stuff because I don't fly enough. Had something click in my head this year that somebody told me several years ago, so now it will take two or three more years for me to make it a natural part of my flying. Slow to get stuff into my muscle memory...... And not enough handle time.
