Did you install the Epson software? Assuming you did, did you try reinstalling it?

The ink levels page you have screen shot is not even displaying. Printing goes to queue but not actually doing anything

I have tried this and troubleshooting it is saying no issues. there is obviously a communication error somewhere my ink light is on, printing won't initiate and it is not even telling me the ink is low?

When printing do you see the page without the ink levels but the Consumables Status showing? If so click on it then the levels will show up. This must be when printing.

Did you look at the printer status window on the printer?
Is Maintenance showing?

Have you checked with the manual and how to get things in the window?

In this case, I'd completely remove the printer and uninstall the Epson software and driver, reboot, then reinstall, reconfiguring the printer again.
