Absolutely amazing place, it exceeded my expectations! Nice location, super friendly staff, delicious food and comfy rooms. I absolutely enjoyed my stay, will definitely come back to this place

Excellent hotel. Design is impressive. The fact that it is a sustainable property is admirable. Staff is lovely. Location couldn’t be better. The only comment is about the vegan breakfast. It was not for everyone and not up to the standards of the rest of our stay. A vegan option might be a better alternative. I would enthusiastically recoomend OMM Inn.

The property is wonderful and has a unique design that sets it apart from normal hotels. The area is renovated in the same traditional design. Some recommendations: 1- the blinds dividing the bedroom and bathroom do not open or close, especially closeso if someone is in the bathroom at night the light comes streaming into the bedroom. 2- the menu is vegan which should not be mandatory on all guestsI should be able to have an egg for breakfast if I so desire. 3- Due to the vegan menu, there was no milk to be had with my coffee. If I wanted to have a milk coffee I had to order it separately at a charge. These 3 points are enough for me not coming back although this was my 2nd stay. I guess there will not be a 3rd.

2 big dogs playing inside the restaurant ,grossed.

The room was perfect and staff very nice. The Vegan restaurant was good but two large dogs running around while you’re eating. Was very annoying esp when they came to our table to beg. The owner didn’t seem at all conscientious about hygiene. Won’t go back if dogs hang around there.

Best stay in Eskisehir

Hotel is amazing architectured, beautiful mix of modern and historical touch. Rooms are very large and comfortable, also you can find same nice touch in the rooms. Very friendly employees, amazing all vegan foods and nice areas to sit inside or outside.

Amazing hotel in Eskisehir

OMM Inn is a wonderful hotel right in the heart of the old town. Beautifully designed and very clean. I would recommend this to anyone!

The hotel was wonderful in every aspect. Its location, in the heart of Odunpazari, and across from Odunpazari Modern Museum make it specially appealing. Our room was super spacious, elegantly decorated and comfortable. The room amenities were of top quality, but the most important thing was the exceptional service we got, from kind details as welcome notes and home made sweets to personalized attention in the restaurant and a delicious Turkish style breakfast. We will certainly return to this excellent hotel and recommend it to our friends and family.

It is a perfect compliment to the museum experience. A lovely setting, a beautiful courtyard great choices for dining. Close to other arts and crafts center in Odunpazarı and Eskisehir in general.

Otel harika, lokasyonu çok iyi. Personel inanılmaz kibar ve yardımsever. Odalar çok şık. Fakat banyodaki sıcak ve soğuk suyun ayrı olması sebebiyle, biri calısmadıgında kullanılamaz hale gelmesi kötü. Hemen yardımcı oldular ama tekrar edince dustan arayamadık. Soguk su vanası bozulunca kaynar su ile dus alınması imkansız oldu. Yüksek bir ücreti var, böyle küçük bir sebep yüzünden sıkıntı çekilmesi kötü.

Temiz, sade ve şık

Tasarım olarak sade ve çok şıktı. Temizlik çok iyiydi. Müze ile yan yana ve uyumlu olması güzel bir deneyimdi. Doğa ve hayvan dostu olan otelin kafe bölümünde vakit geçirmek çok keyifliydi. Eskişehir’in soğuğunda otelin sıcacık olması da ayrı güzeldi. Biz çok keyif alarak konakladık. Tavsiye ederiz.

Müşterilerin, otelin çevre dostu olduğu, yiyeceklerin vegan olduğu konusunda uyarılması gerektiğini düşünüyorum. Oda kapısı ve aydınlatma sistemi bozuktu.

Otel guzel; otel isletmesi yetersiz

Otel mimarisi ve konumu itibari ile cok guzel. Odalar ferah. Temizlik ve hijyen cok iyi. Otelin cevreci yaklasimi hosumuza gitti. Ucuncu yatak konusunda ilk giriste bir sorun yasamistik. Talebimizi dikkate alip hemen sorunumuzu cozduler. Tek sikayetimiz servis konusunda. Servis elemanlari iyi niyetli ve ellerinden geleni yapiyor. Ancak servis cok yavas ve istenen sey servis elemanlarinca anlasilmiyor. Konu otel isletmesinin calisanlarina yeterince egitim vermemesinden kaynaklaniyor. Kesinlikle otel isletmesinin bosvermisligi sozkonusu bana kalirsa. Hizmet sektorunde servis en onemli unsurdur. Bir de Check out esnasinda detayli hesap dokumu bile veremediler. Cunku bu detayi verebilecek kisi o an otelde ! Konu otel isletmesinin calisanlarina yeterince egitim vermemesinden kaynaklaniyor. Bana kalirsa bu kadar guzel bir otelin puanini butununde dusuren etkenler bunlar. Calisanlara bir elestirimiz yok. Ancak. otel isletmesi profesyonel degil. Bu kusurlarin bahanesi olamaz. Cunku neticede oraya hizmet almaya gidiyorsunuz. Otelin guzel olmasi durumu kurtarmiyor.

ممتازة جدا وممتعة احببت الفندق كثيرا والجوار والمعاملة من قبل طاقم الفندق جدا راقية ولا مانع من اعادة الزيارة وانصح بحجز الفندق من غير فطور والاستمتاع باخذ هذه الوجبة في المطاعم القريبة
