Bir İstihdam Politikası Olarak Girişimcilik
Bu çalışmada girişimci, girişimcilik ve kişilik kavramlarına değinilmiş olup, girişimciler ile maaşlı çalışanlar arasında kişilik özellikleri bağlamında bir fark olup olmadığı incelenmiştir. Çalışmada, Gençöz ve Öncül (2012)’nin Türk kültürüne yönelik geliştirdiği ve 45 maddeden oluşan “Temel Kişilik Özellikleri” ölçeğinden yararlanılarak bir anket formu hazırlanmıştır. Hazırlanan anket formu, 1 Kasım-15 Aralık 2016 tarihleri arasında, Çanakkale il merkezinde yer alan 450 girişimci ve maaşlı çalışana yüz yüze görüşme yöntemi aracılığıyla uygulanmıştır. Girişimciler ile maaşlı çalışanların kişilik özellikleri arasındaki farklılıklar, T-testi ve Anova testleri aracılığıyla analiz edilmiştir. Çalışma sonucunda girişimci – maaşlı çalışanların kişilik özellikleri bakımından yaş, medeni durum, gelir seviyesi ve iş durumuna göre, “Dışadönüklük”, “Sorumluluk”, “Uyumluluk”, “Duygusal Tutarsızlık”, “Gelişime Açıklık” ve “Olumsuz Değerlik” boyutları arasında anlamlı bir farklılık bulunmadığı tespit edilmiştir. Girişimciler ile maaşlı çalışanların kişilik özellikleri arasındaki farklılıklar cinsiyet değişkenine göre incelendiğinde ise, “Sorumluluk” ve “Uyumluluk” boyutlarında anlamlı bir farklılık olduğu; kadınların erkeklere göre daha fazla sorumluk sahibi ve uyumlu oldukları sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Girişimciler ile maaşlı çalışanların kişilik özellikleri arasındaki farklılıklar eğitim değişkenine göre incelendiğinde ise, “Duygusal Tutarsızlık” boyutunda ilköğretim–lise ve lise–ilköğretim eğitim seviyeleri arasında farklılık olduğu; lise eğitim seviyesine sahip girişimci ve maaşlı çalışanların, eğitim seviyesi ilköğretim olanlara göre daha fazla duygusal tutarsızlığa sahip oldukları görülmüştür. Türk kültürüne yönelik olarak geliştirilen “Temel Kişilik Özellikleri” ölçeğinden yararlanılarak gerçekleştirilen bu çalışmanın sonuçlarının literatüre katkı sağlayacağı ve ileride konu ile ilgili yapılacak çalışmalarda yol gösterici olacağı düşünülmektedir. In this study, the concepts of entrepreneur, entrepreneurship and personality are mentioned and also it has been examined whether there is a difference between entrepreneurs and salaried employees in terms of their personality traits. A questionnaire form was prepared by using the "Basic Personality Features" scale developed by Gençöz and Öncül (2012) for Turkish culture and consisting of 45 items for the study. The prepared questionnaire was applied between 1 November and 15 December 2016 through 450 entrepreneurs and salaried employees, faceto-face interviewing methods in Canakkale province center. Differences between personality traits of entrepreneurs and salaried employees were analyzed through the t-test and Anova tests. As a result of the study, it is determined that there is no difference between the dimensions of "Outwardness", "Responsibility", "Compatibility", "Emotional Inconsistency", "Developmental Clarity" and "Negative Validity" according to age, marital status, income level and employment status of entrepreneurs and salaried employees. When the differences between personality traits of entrepreneurs and salaried employees are examined according to gender variable, it is seen that there is a meaningful difference between "Responsibility" and "Compatibility" dimensions. According to this difference, women are more responsible and accountable than men. When the differences between personality traits of entrepreneurs and salaried employees are examined according to educational variables, it is found that there is a difference between primary and high school and primary school education levels in the dimension of "Emotional inconsistency". Entrepreneurs and salaried employees with a high school education level are found to have more emotional inconsistency than those with an education level of primary education. It is considered that the results of this study, which is realized by using the "Basic Personality Traits" scale developed for the Turkish culture, will contribute to the literature and will be a guide for the future studies about this subject.
Bilgisayarların hayatımıza girmesi ile birlikte; birçok endüstride kullanıma başlanmış ve insanların yaptıkları basit işleri yapmaya başlamışlardır. Bu gelişme ile beraber basit işleri yapan insanlar yerine daha kalifiyeli insanlara olan talep artmıştır. Bu gelişmelerin sonucunda ise; işgücünün değeri azalmıştır. Yapılan araştırmalarda; 1980 ‘lerin başlarından itibaren küresel emek piyasasının payında ciddi bir gerileme olduğu gözlenmiştir.
Biraz da internetin tarihine değinelim. İnternet tarihinden beri birçok aşama geçirmiştir, bunlar başlıca aşağıdaki başlıklar halinde sıralanabilir.
1.Aşama; araştırma dönemi. Bu dönem de sadece akademik ortamlarda yaygın kullanımı olan araştırma amaçlı ağlardır.
2. aşama; şiketlerin, firmaların kendileri hakkında bilgilendirme dönemi diyebiliriz. Herkesin bir alan adı alıp, ne yaptığını, nasıl yaptığını anlatarak daha geniş kitlelere tek yönlü olarak bilgi aktarma çabasında oldukları bir zaman dilimi olarak tanımlayabiliriz.
3 .aşamada; internet artık giderek statik ve durağan olmaktan çok interaktif olmaya doğru yol almakta, sunulan ürün ve servislerin satın alınma işlemlerinin gerçek zamanlı gerçekleştiği altyapı olanaklarının yaygınlaşarak geniş kitlelere sunumu sağlanmaktadır. İşte tam bu zaman dilimi içerisinde eBay ve Amazon.com benzeri uygulamalar adeta mantar gibi çoğalmışlardır. Aynı zamanda bu aşama “dot.com” çıkışı ve çöküşü olarak ta adlandırılabilir.
4. aşama, “Sosyal Medya, Semantik Web” kavramları yaygınlık kazanmaktadır. Kullanıcıların birbirleri ile metin, foto, video gibi medyaların paylaşımını sağlayan YouTube, Facebook, Twitter gibi şirketler giderek hem popüler olması hem de para lazanır duruma gelmeleri bu dönemde var olmuştur.
Başka bir sınıflandırma yapmak gerekirse, Web 1.0 ilk iki aşamayı tanımlamak için kullanılabilir. Web 2.0, Sosyal medya ve kullanıcı tarafından geliştirilen içerik bolluğu olarak üçüncü ve dördüncü aşamadan oluşabilir. Web 3.0, Semantik web. Son olarak da Web 4.0 Nesnelerin Interneti olacaktır diyebiliriz. Aslında bu sıralama bazen aldatıcı olabilir. Bu numaralar birbirlerini takip eden, biri bitince diğeri başlıyormuş gibi algılanabilen sıralı numaralar değillerdir. 2.0, 3.0 ile beraber gelişmiş ve içinde tüm eski diğer öğeleri barındırmaktadır. 4.0 da kendinden önce gelen her türlü gelişmeyi ve avantajı kullanarak oluşmaktadır. Web 4.0‟a ait ve diğerlerinden en önemli ayrımı, gerçek zamanlı işlemlerin fiziksel dünyaya doğru geçiş göstermesi denebilir.
Günümüzde ve gelecekte bizi bekleyen teknolojilere farklı bir yazımda değineceğim. Hiç şüphesiz; gelecekle ilgili öngörülen teknolojik gelişimlerin daha fazlası hayatımıza girecektir, Moore yasası ve teknolojinin bugün geldiği nokta bu varsayımı destekler niteliktedir.

Հայաստնում տարեկան մոտ 5000 մարդ մահանում է վնասակար սովորությունների պատճառով։ Մեր նպատակն է սոցցանցերում տեսանյութերի միջոցով մեծացնել ինֆորմացվածությունը, կանխել դեռահասների ներգրավումը, օգնել կախվածություն ունեցող մարդկանց ձեւավորել կամքի ուժ և հաղթահարել կախվածությունները։ Երկարաժամկետ այն հնարավորություն կտա կանխել ծխախոտի, ալկոհոլի, թմրանյութերի օգտագործման և խաղամոլության հետևանքները։ Այս խնդիրները ուղիղ թե փոխկապակցված ձևով ազդելու են յուրաքանչյուր ընտանիքի վրա։ Միասին պետք է պայքարել հանուն մարդկանց վաղվա ապագայի, հանուն երեխաների երջանիկ ու առողջ մանկության, առանց կեղծ ու պարտադրված սովորույթների, հանուն մաքուր շրջակա միջավայրի և ջրային ռեսուրսների։ Կախվածությունները Հայաստանում օրհասական խնդիր են և դրանց դեմ պայքարը պետք է սկսվի վայրկյան առաջ, հատկապես ինֆորմացիոն տիրությում։
In Armenia, about 5,000 people die every year because of harmful habits. Our goal is to increase awareness through videos on social networks, prevent the involvement of teenagers, help addicted people to build willpower and overcome addictions. In the long term, it will make it possible to prevent the consequences of tobacco, alcohol, drug use and gambling. These issues will directly or indirectly affect every family. We must fight together for the sake of people’s future, for the sake of children’s happy and healthy childhood, without false and forced customs, for the sake of a clean environment and water resources. Addictions are a chronic problem in Armenia, and the fight against them should be started as soon as possible, especially in the information domain.

The goal of the project is to prevent the loss of expired bread thrown into the trash by residents.
A container for collecting expired and leftover bread is placed within the vicinity of residential buildings.
As a result, the accumulated bread leftovers are recycled and delivered to farmers as fodder.

Մարմաշեն գյուղում ստեղծվելու է կրթա-համայնքային կենտրոն՝ մոտակա գյուղական համայնքի երեխաների, պատանիների և երիտասարդների համար։ Կենտրոնում հասանելի է լինելու կրթական ծրագրեր (օտար լեզուների, դասապատրաստման, առարկայական պարապմունքների, մասնագիտական և թեմատիկ դասընթացների, կրթական հանդիպումների տեսքով) բոլորի համար, կրթական չափորոշիչներին համապատասխան՝ ներառելով նաև համայնքի սոցիալապես անապահով ընտանիքների երեխաներին։
Կրթական կենտրոնը հանդիսանալու է բաց տարածք գյուղի պատանիների և երիտասարդների համար, ինչպես նաև ոչ ֆորմալ կրթական հարթակ, որը տեխնիկապես հագեցած է լինելու և հնարավորություն է տալու կենտրոնի շահառուներին բաց շփվել, կիրառել հավասարը հավասարին կրթության հիմունքները։
Կենտրոնն ունենալու է կրթական խաղերի բլոկ՝ իրենց համապատասխան վերապատրաստված ֆասիլիտատորներով և պարբերական միջոցառումների գրաֆիկով։
An educational-community center will be created in the village of Marmashen, for children, teenagers and young people of the nearby rural community. Educational programs (in the form of foreign languages, lesson preparation, subject classes, professional and thematic courses, educational meetings) will be available at the center for everyone, in accordance with educational standards, including children from socially disadvantaged families of the community.
The educational center will be an open space for the youth of the village, as well as an informal educational platform, which will be technologically-equipped and will enable the beneficiaries of the center to communicate openly, to apply the basics of peer to peer education.
The center will have a block of educational games with their appropriately trained facilitators and a regular schedule of activities.

Malgré cette diversité de potentiels, il existe toujours un mouvement croissant d’importations de produits de l’étranger, notamment dans le domaine de l’habillement, alors que nous disposons de tant de ressources, notamment humaines, qui, une fois exploitées, peuvent changer l’image et redonner espoir à notre jeunesse.

Nous avons observé un problème de conservation et d’exposition des fruits et légumes chez les femmes vendeuses et une carrence des certains légumes malgrés une multitude de vendeuse paysannes dans la ville, ce qui expose la population à certaines maladies.
Cependant, nous avons songé à la création d’une légumière moderne pour remédier à ce problème notamment la bonne conservation,la disponibilité des fruits et légumes,la livraison à domicile, tout en facilitant les femmes paysannes qui font de long trajet à pieds.
Pour terminer nous sollicitons l’appuie( mentorat,finance, coaching, etc) en souscrivant massivement à ce projet. Si vous votez pour notre initiative, vous nous permettrez de soutenir des femmes en mileux ruraux à écouler les produits de leurs champs et à fournir des fruits et légumes bien concervés tous les jours.

Bonjour, je réponds au nom de Murhabazi Bahizire Daniel de l’initiative DBVsnacks étudiant en deuxième année de licence en la faculté d’économie à l’Université Catholique de Bukavu.
Savez-vous :
– qu’en RDC la plupart des produits alimentaires sont importés ? L’on va même jusqu’à importer des petites collations telles que les chips, les croquettes, biscuits,…
– qu’en RDC le taux de chômage est très élevé, il va même jusqu’à atteindre le 84%
Signalons également que la RDC est l’un des grands marchés d’Afrique avec une population de plus de 90 Millions d’habitants. C’est dans cette perspective que nous avons mis au point une unité de transformation des produits agroalimentaires en amuses bouches ; actuellement nous produisons déjà des chips à base de banane plantain que nous avons appelé « mizuzu chips » qui est vendu principalement dans les universités de Bukavu. Nous espérons qu’avec votre accompagnement nous puissions être en mesure de développer notre activité et contribuer à la diminution du taux de chômage et des importations de ces collations.

Nous savons tous que l’eau est indispensable pour la santé de l’homme, nous savons que l’eau c’est la vie et que l’eau c’est la source de vie mais elle peut être source des maladies et de mort quand elle n’est pas salubre et on peut mourir pour une simple gorgée d’eau polluée.
Les consommateurs d’eau de source dans le groupement de Bushwira dans le territoire de Kabare n’accèdent plus facilement à l’eau de qualité mais aussi en quantité
Selon une enquête faite en 2020, 80 % des maladies dans ce milieu sont d’origine hydrique et cela est dû à une mauvaise qualité de l’eau de source qui ne sont plus aménagées et entretenues
Pour résoudre ce problème, nous envisageons la réhabilitation et l’entretien régulier des sources d’eau mais aussi la sensibilisation des principaux bénéficiaires sur la bonne gestion de ces sources.
D’où la réussite du projet va contribuer à la réduction significative des maladies d’origines hydriques au sein de la population de Bushwira et fait à ce que cette population peut accéder à la quantité importante de l’eau potable. Ce projet permettra également l’initiation à la population dans la gestion intégrée et rationnelle des sources d’eau et de leurs alentours.

Sur base de mon expérience dans le transport à moto dans la ville de Kinshasa, j’ai remarqué que les femmes font face à plusieurs défis tels que les risques d’enlèvement, d’accidents et l’approvisionnement en carburants qui devient de plus en plus difficile, ce qui rend les coûts de transport de plus en plus élevés avec trop d’embouteillages, ce qui fait que les gens arrivent souvent en retard à leurs rendez-vous. C’est pourquoi nous avons créé une solution avec un grand effet “wow” à ce problème. La solution s’appelle «Safe wewa App», une application mobile que les gens peuvent utiliser pour commander une course à moto fiable, sécurisée et rapide à l’aide de motos électriques. Basing on my experience in transportation on bicycles in Kinshasa, I have notices that women face several challenges such as risks of kidnapping, accidents, and supply in fuels which makes transport cost getting more and higher and too much traffic, causing people to always get late to their appointments. That is why we have created a solution with a great effect “wow” to this problem. The solution is called “Safe wewa App” which is a mobile app that people can use to order for a trusted, secured and fast bicycle ride using electric bicycles. De ce fait, il y a des produits qui ne sont juste pas disponible sur le Marché local (objet de décoration et ornament) pourtant important dans l’utilisation quotidienne, d’où une importation continuelle de ces produits au désavantage de la main d’oeuvre locale.
Notre contribution dans la lutte contre ces phénomènes d’importation grandis santé et chômage des jeunes, nous proposons à la population de Bukavu des Abat-jours et appliques murales fabriqués localement qui repondent directement à Vos exigences de lumière, d’espace et de consommation d’energie, facilement adaptables à Vos besoins de design et de beauté et dont l’utilisation serait adaptable à Vos besoins.

De par sa composition, le soja peut valablement se substituer à la viande aux œufs et au lait qui fait défaut dans certaines régions.
En effet, un kilogramme de soja équivaut en protéines à 40kg de manioc, 13litres de lait de vache, 3kg de viande de boeuf et 60 oeufs de poules.
Le soja contribue à réguler les lipides dans l’organisme, il constitue également des actions favorables pour les vaisseaux sanguins et permet de diminuer les risques d’accidents cardiovasculaires.
La faible consommation de soja constitue un sérieux problème dans l’alimentation de la population du Sud-Kivu en général et de Bukavu en particulier.
C’est ainsi que pour palier à ce problème de sous-alimentation et de malnutrition, notre équipe s’est fixée pour objectif de rendre disponible le soja sous diverses formes tels que le lait de soja, les biscuits de soja, le beurre de soja, l’huile de soja afin d’éradiquer tant soit peu le problème de sous-alimentation.

Indeed, one kilogram of soya is equivalent in protein to 40 kg of cassava, 13 liters of cow milk, 3kg of beef and 60 chicken eggs.
Soya helps regulate lipids in the body, reduce the risk of accidents cardiovascular, it also constitutes favorable actions for the blood vessels.
The low consumption of soya is a serious problem in the diet of the population of South Kivu in general and that of Bukavu in particular.
This is how to overcome this problem of undernourishment and malnutrition, our team has set the objective of making soya and its derived products available in various forms such as soya milk, soy biscuits, soya butter, soya oil, etc. in the aim of increasing consumption and eradicating the problem of undernourishment.

SİHİRLİ KELİME : İNOVASYON
İnovasyon; son 20 yıldır Dünya trendine, son 10 yıldır da ulusal eğilimimize giren, doğal olarak yabancı kökenli, bir iş veya hizmet için yeni veya daha kolay bir yol bulma, sistem geliştirme ya da ürün üreterek çözüm bulma işlemlerinin tamamına verilen ad olarak tanımlanabilir.
Türkçe’de bir karşılığı bulunmak istenirse kolaylama denebilir. Çünkü inovasyonun temel amacı var olan bir sorunu kolaylamak için iş veya ürün geliştirmedir. Yani eğilim olarak son birkaç yılda gündemimize girse de Dünya kurulduğundan beri var olduğu yadsınamaz.
Bana göre en büyük inovasyon, tekerlektir. Belki çok daha öncesinde ateşin bulunması insanlık tarihinde birçok şeyi değiştirmiştir ama, tekerlek sistemi modern hayatta hızı ifade etmek adına dönüm noktası kabul edilebilir. Peki özellikle genç neslin eğiliminde çok ve hızlı para kazanmakla eşdeğer olduğu için çok sevilen İnovasyon ve Ar-Ge tabirleri için tekerlek oldukça basit bir örnek değil midir?
Tabi ki çok basittir ve özellikle Vizontele’deki Deli Emin tabiriyle “vallahi benim aklıma gelmişti” cümlesi için de gayet uygundur. Ancak işin aslı böyle değildir; inovasyon kelimesi aslında tam da bu iş için yerine adeta cuk oturur. Çünkü Ar-Ge ve inovasyon var olan bir sorunu kolaylamak için yapılır ve tekerlek, yapıldıktan sonra, akıl edildikten sonra çok basit gibi görünse de tam bir inovasyondur.
Bir sosyal medya hesabında bugün denk geldiğim bir hikaye de; bir diş macunu üreticisi firma üretim bandından oldukça fazla miktarda içi boş kutu paketlediği için prestiji sarsılmış ve derhal 18 Milyon usd yatırımla bir ağırlık ölçer vasıtasıyla kutunun boş olduğunu anladığı üretimi paketlemeyip bandı durdurarak, yetkilinin bu sorunu çözdükten sonra üretime devam etmesini sağlamış. Birkaç hafta içerisinde boş kutu sinyali sıfır noktasına kadar düşmüş ve ne boş kutu paketlenmiş, ne de üretim bandı bu sinyali vermeye başlamış. Doğal olarak işletmenin yetkilisi ustabaşına giderek neden sinyal alamıyoruz, ama sorun da yaşamıyoruz diyince ustabaşı; efendim bizim çırak şu vantilatörü buraya koydu ve içi boş kutu banttan aşağı düşüp, üretim bandı durmadan sorunu çözmeye başladık gibi bir cevapla inovasyonun ne olduğunu tarif etmiş.
İnovasyon ve Ar-Ge’nin sadece çip üretmek olmadığını, aynı zamanda Bursa’nın Mucidi ödülünü almış bir Ar-Ge mühendisi olarak genç arkadaşlarıma aktarıyorum. Tüm üniversite öğrencisi arkadaşlarıma bakıyorum ve herkesin nerdeyse Ar-Ge mühendisi olmak istediğini gözlemliyorum. Ama onların hayali olan robotların konuştuğu, insanların olmadığı endüstri 4.0 sisteminde kendisine de ihtiyaç olmadığını, o ürünlerin sadece parçalarını değiştirebileceklerini anlamalarını istiyorum.
Yıllarca hiçbirşey yapmayan mühendislerin, gerçek anlamda Ar-Ge ve inovasyon yapan biz mühendisleri küçük gördüğü ve eleştirdiklerine şahit oldum. Eleştirileri şöyleydi; abi ürettiği ürünün içinde 10-15TL’lik devre elemanları var, evde kendinde yapabilirsin gibi gerçekten aslında kendini çok sıkıntılı duruma düşürdüğünden haberi olmayan insanlarla mücadele ettim. Halbuki fiziksel maliyete baktığında hergün karşısında oturduğu bilgisayarın işletim sisiteminin artık bir cd maliyeti bile yoktu. Peki o işletim sistemini yazmak, korumak, pazarlamak bedava mıydı?
Uzun lafın kısası, inovasyonun ve Ar-Ge’nin anlamını Türkçe’ye çevirip, kolaylamak olarak anlarsak, gerçekten üretebileceğiz, ürettiğimizden utanmayacağız ve utanmayacağımız ürünler bir gün belki de insanların hayatını kolaylaştıracak ve bizi milyarder yapacak…
