Tadasana (palm tree pose)

Stand with the feet together or about 10 cm apart, and the arms by the sides.

Steady the body and distribute the weight equally on both feet.

Raise the arms over the head. Interlock the fingers and turn the palms upward.

Place the hands on top of the head.

Fix the eyes at a point on the wall slightly above the level of the head.

The eyes should remain fixed on this point throughout the practice.

Inhale and stretch the arms, shoulders and chest upward.

Raise the heels, coming up onto the toes.

Stretch the whole body from top to bottom, without losing balance or moving the feet.

Hold the breath and the position for a few seconds.

Variation 2:Stand in tadasana with both arms overhead.

IIK Bhakti Wiyata Kediri tetap melaksanakan program Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) secara daring/online bagi mahasiswanya. Namun, pelaksanaan KKN berbeda dengan kegiatan sebelum-sebelumnya, karena situasi pandemi covid yang tak kunjung usai. Kegiatan ini diselenggarakan berdasarkan keputusan Rektor dan hasil koordinasi antara pihak Panitia Pelaksana.

Jadi konsep KKN daring kali ini, mahasiswa wajib melaksanakan KKN dari tempat dan lokasi masing-masing. Hal ini dijalankan tentu dengan berbagai pertimbangan, serta disiplin menerapkan protokol kesehatan.

Pelaksanaan KKN di tengah pandemi ini dilaksanakan agar tidak menghambat proses akademik mahasiswa. KKN daring juga mengharuskan mahasiswa menghasilkan suatu produk bagi masyarakat di lokasi pengabdian. KKN daring nanti output-nya macam-macam, sesuai kebutuhan di desa. Misalnya video pembelajaran untuk sosialisasi ke masyarakat, dokumen perencanaan, dan sebagainya.

pada kesempatan KKN ini saya diberi kesempatan menjadi dosen pembimbing lapangan KKN kelompok 10 yang terdiri dari 10 mahasiswa dari berbagai variasi prodi yang dilaksanakan kurang lebih 3 minggu di bulan Agustus Banyak ide kreatif yang mereka buat, salah satu luaran yang dibuat mahasiswa kelompok 10 ini adalah e book tentang covid 19 dari pengertian, pencegahan, penularan dan lain-lain yang sudah mereka kemas dalam e book.
