В статье представлены данные последних рандомизированных исследований и опубликованных в 2018 году двух руководств Королевского колледжа акушеров-гинекологов Великобритании по эпидемиологии, факторам риска, современным методам диагностики, алгоритмам родоразрешения и инновационным хирургическим методам лечения при предлежании и приращении плаценты (pl. рraevia/accreta). С точки зрения доказательной медицины освещена актуальность проблемы в аспекте антенатальной диагностики патологии плацентации для прогнозирования и профилактики жизнеугрожающих геморрагических осложнений. Приведены данные, свидетельствующие о необходимости мультидисциплинарного подхода к родоразрешению беременных в случае установления диагноза placenta percreta с проведением донного кесарева сечения и гистерэктомии без попытки отделения плаценты.

Предоставленные последние данные будут полезны для практикующих акушеров-гинекологов с целью оптимального ведения и родоразрешения беременных с этой тяжелой акушерской патологией.

California Guitar Trio…

Коллектив из трёх гитаристов, основан в 1991 году Полом Ричардсом из Солт-Лейк-Сити, штат Юта, Бертом Ламсом из Бельгии и Хайдо Мория из Токио.
Они встретились в 1987 году на семинаре Guitar Craft (Роберта Фриппа), а чуть позже, в Лос-Анджелесе они основали трио «California Guitar». В настоящее время группа использует нестандартный строй гитары. Выступления группы содержат оригинальные композиции и каверы на рок-хиты и на классические произведения. В статье представлены данные последних рандомизированных исследований и опубликованных в 2018 году двух руководств Королевского колледжа акушеров-гинекологов Великобритании по эпидемиологии, факторам риска, современным методам диагностики, алгоритмам родоразрешения и инновационным хирургическим методам лечения при предлежании и приращении плаценты (pl. рraevia/accreta). С точки зрения доказательной медицины освещена актуальность проблемы в аспекте антенатальной диагностики патологии плацентации для прогнозирования и профилактики жизнеугрожающих геморрагических осложнений. Приведены данные, свидетельствующие о необходимости мультидисциплинарного подхода к родоразрешению беременных в случае установления диагноза placenta percreta с проведением донного кесарева сечения и гистерэктомии без попытки отделения плаценты.

Предоставленные последние данные будут полезны для практикующих акушеров-гинекологов с целью оптимального ведения и родоразрешения беременных с этой тяжелой акушерской патологией.
