The hotel looks new, and kept very well. It is beautifully furnished and decorated. Room is of good size, and well furnished. Room is clean and well maintained with good quality items and toiletries. It has a safe, tea kettle as well as mini fridge. Staff members at reception desk speaks good English and very helpful, hospitable and efficient- especially Alif who is charming, smiling and received us well. Breakfast buffet was very good with excellent varieties of local food as well as intercontinental. The hotel rate is also good. Location is nice. I recommend the hotel for international travelers.
I came to Soylu for a one night stay en route to Cappadocia. Unfortunately there were issues with my car rental. Ismael at Soylu hotel did his utmost to assist me on the night of my arrival and helped in any way he could. They even prepared a meal for me late night that was affordable and tasty. The room itself was clean and average in appearance but I felt safe and the shower was great. Thank you again Ismael for helping me especially with a car rental that had issues with the brakes.
