Zorlu Center Metro ve Metrobüs Yaya Bağlant&#x; Tüneli Yap&#x;m &#x;şi
Proje ile Zorlu Center – Gayrettepe Metro İstasyonu – Zincirlikuyu Metrobüs Durakları arası yaya trafiğini rahatlatmak ve yaya yolculuk süresini azaltmak amacıyla dolaşım yeraltına taşınmak istenmiştir.

Zorlu Center Metro ve Metrobüs ile Birleşti
Zorlu Gayrimenkul, İstanbul Büyükşehir Belediyesi işbirliği ile Gayrettepe metro istasyonu ile Zincirlikuyu metrobüs durağının bağlantısının yanı sıra yayaların Metrobüs’ten de Zorlu Center’a ulaşmasını amaçlayan toplam metre uzunluğundaki bağlantı tünelleri ve metre uzunluğundaki altgeçitlerin yatırımını üstlenmişti. Eylül ayı itibariyle metro-metrobüs bağlantı tüneli açılırken, yayaların Zorlu Center’dan, Gayrettepe Metro İstasyonu ve Zincirlikuyu Metrobüs Durağı’na ulaşımını kolaylaştıracak tünel ise Zorlu Center’ın açılışıyla birlikte kullanıma sunulacak.Yatırım maliyeti 40 milyon TL
Zorlu Gayrimenkul, bağlantı tünelleri için yaklaşık 40 milyon TL yatırım yaptı. metre uzunluğunda yürüyen bantların yer aldığı üç adet alt geçit ile de trafiğin yoğun olduğu bölgelerdeki yaya geçişlerinin kolaylaştırılması hedeflendi. Günde 75 bin kişinin bu tünelleri kullanması öngörülüyor. Bağlantı ile, metrobüs hattını kullanarak Zincirlikuyu’ya ulaşan bir yolcu; yüzeye çıkmadan yaya bağlantı tünelini kullanarak Gayrettepe metro istasyonuna, Zorlu Center’a, Etiler katılımı istikametine ya da Büyükdere Caddesi Levazım girişine ulaşabiliyor. Bunun yanında ara noktalarda yüzeye çıkmak isteyen yolcular ise Gayrettepe metro istasyonuna yaklaşık metre mesafede Müselles Sokak girişine (BEDAŞ İndirici Trafo Merkezi yanı) ya da Beşiktaş–Levent istikametinde eski Zorlu Center önünde bulunan yeşil alan bölgesine ulaşarak bu noktalardan devam edebiliyor. Tünel boyunca gidiş ve geliş istikametlerinde toplam 14 yürüyen bant ve yüzeye çıkan noktalarda toplam 6 adet yürüyen merdiveni, 7 adet engelli asansörü bulunuyor.
