Vadistanbul Alışveriş Merkezi

Artaş ve Invest Ortak Girişimi tarafından hayata geçirilen projede 3XKO, m²'lik kiralanabilir alana sahip alışveriş merkezi kapsamında bulunan tüm genel mekanların ve mağaza cephelerinin uygulama projesini ve ihale dokümanı projesini alt yükleniciler ile koordinasyon içerisinde sürdürme görevini üstlenmiştir.

Eski bir sanayi bölgesinde yer alan Vadistanbul Alışveriş Merkezi, kentsel dönüşüm programı çerçevesinde yeni baştan düzenlenen Cendere Vadisi'nin merkezinde yer almaktadır. Dört kata sahip proje yaklaşık iki yüz elli mağazadan ve Cendere Vadisi Ormanı manzarasına hakim, çatı teraslı bir yemek katından oluşmaktadır. Yemek katında aynı zamanda sinema ve oyun alanı konumlandırılmıştır. Proje kapsamında, dış perakende caddeleri yapının bir parçası olarak düşünülmüş, iç ve dış mekanlar birbirine bağlanmıştır. Bununla birlikte 3XKO, alışveriş merkezini İstanbul Seyrantepe Metro İstasyonu'na bağlayan, tek raylı bağlantı istasyonlarının projesini de gerçekleştirmiştir.

Vadistanbul AVM'nin ön plana çıkan önemli özelliklerinde biri, Avrupa'nın en büyükleri arasında yer alan, Türkiye'nin ise en büyük serbest form çatısına sahip olmasıdır. Yapının en alt seviyesine kadar gün ışığını taşıyan serbest çatı konstrüksiyonu, çelik yapının mimari karakterini vurgulayan dinamik bir aydınlatma sistemine dönüşerek projenin heykelsi etkisini güçlendirmiştir.

Üç farklı ana çıkış noktasına sahip tasarım; kent, akarsu ve orman unsurları üzerine kurulmuştur. Yapının organik şekilli tavan elemanları ile ortaya çıkartılan renk ve yansımalar akarsu algısına atıf yaparken, yapının tüm katlarında orman dokusuna, doğaya ve doğal formlara bağlı tasarım detayları uygulanmıştır. Yeşil, mavi ve toprak tonlarındaki renk seçimleri, doğal dokular, mermer zemin döşemeler, ıslak hacimlerdeki doğal taş, seramik ve ahşap ürün seçimleri gibi tüm detaylar dokuyu vurgulayacak şekilde belirlenmiştir. Bununla birlikte tüm dikey elemanlarda, mağaza cephelerinde, duvar ve kolonlarda, yürüyen merdivenlerde İstanbul'un ve şehir yaşamının yoğun ve dinamik yapısı, sokak çizgisinden türeyen dokular ve şekiller eşliğinde yansıtılmıştır. Aydınlatma elemanları ise tasarım ile bütünlük sağlayacak şekilde kolon, yürüyen merdiven gibi mimari elemanların heykelsi yapısını ortaya çıkaran bir düzenlemeye sahiptir. Har Hollands tarafından tasarlanan aydınlatma konsepti kapsamında tüm yapı içerisinde gizli aydınlatma sistemi, suya yansıyan ışığın oluşturduğu efekti iç mekana taşımak amacıyla düzensiz şekilde yerleştirilmiştir. Aynı zamanda serbest form çatı yapısının alt bölümüne zamanlamalı aydınlatma sistemi entegre edilmiştir.

Projenin peyzaj tasarımında iç peyzaj alanları, ana alışveriş merkezinin bir parçası olan küçük dinlenme alanları ile bütünleştirilmiştir. Orman temasının bir parçası olarak yumuşak malzemelerin ve yeşil tonunda renklerin kullanıldığı bu alanlarda ziyaretçiler buluşabilmekte ve dinlenebilmektedirler.

TERMS OF THE WEBSITE USE

4. nesil AVM

Vadistanbul AVM yeme içme alanındaki çeşitliliğiyle dikkat çeken bir food court katının yanı sıra açık havadaki fine – dining konseptli restaurantları ile de AVM sektöründeki iddiasını ortaya koyuyor. Vadistanbul AVM’nin %23’lük bölümü yeme – içme alanlarına ayrıldı. Alışılagelmiş AVM anlayışının ötesinde, konsepti 4. nesil olarak nitelendirilen Vadistanbul AVM’de 20 bin metrekare peyzaj alanı, projeye özel olarak tasarlanan görsel ve işitsel şovlara sahne olan 2 bin metrekare büyüklüğündeki gösteri havuzu ve açık hava alışveriş caddesiyle İstanbullulara keyifli bir alışveriş ve yaşam alanı sunuyor.

Engelli dostu

Mimari yapısı engelli erişimi dikkate alınarak tasarlanan Vadistanbul AVM, görme engellilerin erişimini kolaylaştırmak amacıyla hayata geçirilen “Hayal Ortağım” mobil uygulaması platformuna katılmak için de gerekli çalışmaları başlattı. Çok yakın zamanda engelli dostu AVM’ler arasında yerini almaya hazırlanıyor.
