En todo momento sabes de dónde proviene la información, qué movimientos y/o cambios ha habido durante todo el proceso, puedes consultar los asientos realizados, quién lo ha efectuado y cómo se ha gestionado. El hecho de automatizar procedimientos nos permite optimizar el tiempo y reducir márgenes de error, ya que partimos de unas bases sólidas, revisadas y configuradas correctamente para que todo el proceso se realice según nuestras pautas marcadas. Con toda la configuración lista, el proceso contable es muy sencillo e intuitivo ya que no tenemos la necesidad de crear los asientos contables manualmente porque en el momento de la validación de facturas ya se generan los correspondientes a esa venta o compra. Avanzando en el proceso, para todo lo referido a la gestión de bancos, disponemos de la herramienta “Extractos Bancarios”, que facilitará dicha gestión y hará que esta tarea se convierta en algo ligero y fácil de gestionar. Cabe destacar también que con esta herramienta ya se realizan los asientos contables correspondientes por el simple hecho de conciliar los movimientos con sus contrapartidas. Teniendo en cuenta que el 80%% de las tareas contables se refieren a la Facturación y gestión de bancos y que Odoo nos ofrece un sistema muy eficaz para ello, nos quedarían pendientes gestionar casos concretos como la entrada de nóminas, regularizaciones, traspasos entre cuentas o diferentes casuísticas que sí que entraremos como asientos manuales. Remarcar que esto se dará en casos puntuales, ya que Odoo funciona de tal forma que evita prácticamente siempre la entrada manual de datos al sistema para, como hemos comentado anteriormente, reducir los márgenes de error. Para acabar, es importante destacar la capacidad de Informes y filtrado que nos ofrece Odoo. Esto nos brinda la oportunidad de crear informes propios adaptados a las necesidades de la empresa, siendo además dinámicos; punto muy remarcable puesto que tendremos la información siempre actualizada para revisión y control del estado de las diferentes áreas que conforman la empresa.
