Así lo hizo mediante el decreto , publicado en el Boletín Oficial, donde se destaca la importancia de que se establezcan &#;días feriados o no laborables destinados a promover la actividad turística, que deberán coincidir con los días lunes o viernes&#;.

Para , esos días fueron fijados para el 7 de octubre, el 21 de noviembre y el 9 de diciembre.

En tanto, los feriados inamovibles son: el 1° de enero (Año Nuevo); 28 de febrero y 1° de marzo (Feriados de Carnaval); el 24 de marzo (Día Nacional de la Memoria por la Verdad y la Justicia); el 2 de abril (Día del Veterano y de los Caídos en la Guerra de Malvinas) y el 15 de abril (Viernes Santo).

También serán inamovibles: el 1° de mayo (Día del Trabajador); el 25 de mayo (Día de la Revolución de Mayo); el 20 de junio (Paso a la Inmortalidad del General Manuel Belgrano); el 9 de julio (Día de la Independencia); 8 de diciembre (Día de la Inmaculada Concepción de María) y el 25 de diciembre (Navidad).

Asimismo, uno de los feriados trasladables correspondería al 17 de junio (Paso a la Inmortalidad del General Don Martín Miguel de Güemes), pero se celebrará el mismo viernes porque no se puede trasladar al lunes siguiente porque coincide con el 20 de junio.

Otro feriado trasladable de será el 17 de agosto (Paso a la Inmortalidad del General José de San Martín), que se celebrará el 15 de agosto, y el 12 de octubre (Día del Respeto a la Diversidad Cultural), que se adelantará al 10 de octubre.

De esta forma, el próximo año contará con cuatro fines de semana largos, de cuatro días cada uno: desde el sábado 26 de febrero al martes 1° de marzo; desde el viernes 17 al lunes 20 de junio; desde el viernes 7 al lunes 10 de octubre; y desde el jueves 8 al domingo 11 de diciembre.

In the meeting took part Marineta Dejeva ( senior teacher of Geography and Economics), Milena Platnikova (senior teacher of History and Civilization) and Daniela Vasileva ( teacher of Informatics and Information technology) from ELS “Geo Milev”, Burgas. The work on the project started on Monday- 5^th of November with a visit to the Turkish school partner- Zeytinlibahce Mesleki ve Teknik Anadolu Lisesi. All participants in the project were warmly welcomed by the Headmaster. After that we were invited for a celebration in  the lyceum hall. We continued to introduce the participating schools. “ 34^th Secondary School” in Riga is the project coordinator and teaches 1  students. We learned about the interesting practice which is in line with the goals of the project- in every classroom the students grow eight plants. There are even aquariums in some of the rooms. The other participant in the project, was established in &#; the  “ National College Gheorghe Sincai” in Bucharest. It has students aged between , in classes of  Mathematics, Informatics, Natural Sciences, Philology, Art and Music. The Bulgarian team introduced the history and achievements of “Geo Milev” ELS, Burgas and gave brief information about the places near the city  that are suitable for the project- the lakes, the bird reserve in the area of Poda, Strandja Natural Park, etc. The programme continued with visits to various institutions, related to environmental protection, a walk through ancient Mersin, The Virgin Fortress, which we reached by boat, a visit to  the University of Mersin, the Zoo in Tarsus- a city near Mersin, a visit to Alata- The Institute for High Cultures and horticulture and ODTU- The Institute for Endangered Species, Gyoxu Delta.
