Complaint resolution is awful

They claim to help with complaints against casinos. They dragged out a complaint for two months by resetting the clock constantly. Then favored the casino with no information to back why. I would never have been able to resolve this issue if it wasn’t for this casino guru employees they have been amazing! I would love to know become a member of their team I really enjoyed this even though it was at first a huge disappointment, and I didn’t really know how this worked.
