For several months, the story around the filming of the series &#;Fancy Scarecrow / Süslü Korkuluk&#; resembles a real detective, where the characters, scripts, and channel of the broadcast change, but one thing remains unchanged: the lead actor Çağatay Ulusoy. It is thanks to the name of the superstar that the project goes through all the troubles and arouses increasing interest.

But the producers could not decide on the main female role in the project for a long time. Recall that initially they agreed with Alina Boz, however, after the show was transferred from TV8 to Netflix, the contract with the actress was not extended, her place was taken by Esra Bilgiç, better known to the international audience.

However, at the time of the start of filming, Esra left the cast of the series. The versions of what happened differ greatly. The Turkish press claims that her manager demanded too much money and this led to a conflict with producer Onur Guvenatam. Esra&#;s manager states that they did not want to sign an exclusive contract for the whole year. However, the exclusive contract with the international digital platform is considered prestigious and now leading Turkish actors (Kivanç Tatlıtuğ, Beren Saat, Halit Ergenç, Hande Erçel, Demet Özdemir and many others) sign such contracts, so the manager’s explanation does not look very convincing.

The creators of the show, which managed to change its title and is now called &#;The Tailor / Terzi&#; found themselves in a difficult situation. Filming has already begun, but the main female character has not been found. As a result, it was decided to take the lead actress who would meet the main requirements: she should be young, beautiful, professional. According to the well-known journalist Birsen Altuntas, Şifanur Gül became the co-star of Çağatay Ulusoy. The girl is known for the series &#;Awakening: The Great Seljuks&#;, &#;My Name is Melek&#;, &#;Red Room&#;. She also works in the theater. The latest work of the actress, who is a graduate of the acting department of the University of Ankara, was the leading role in the Netflix series &#;Created / Yaratılan&#; directed by Çağan Yrmak, where Taner Olmez was her co-star.
