DO NOT add cleaning solutions, scented perfumes, oils or any other chemicals to the water used in this appliance as this may damage the unit or make it unsafe for use. If you live in a hard water area, we recommend using distilled water in your steam mop. When in use, NEVER turn the appliance over or on its side. NEVER DIRECT STEAM TOWARDS PEOPLE, ANIMALS OR PLANTS. NEVER LEAVE THE STEAM MOP IN ONE SPOT ON ANY SURFACE FOR ANY PERIOD OF TIME WHEN MICRO-FIBER POCKET IS ATTACHED. Carefully remove the micro-fiber pocket immediately after you have unplugged and allowed the steam mop to cool. When cleaning the steam mop, unplug the power cord from the electrical outlet and clean with a dry or damp cloth. Do not pour water or use alcohol, benzene or paint thinner on the unit. Extreme caution should be exercised when using this appliance to clean stairs. Never use steam mop without micro-fiber pocket attached Keep your work area well lit. Store steam mop indoors in a cool, dry place. To avoid circuit overload, do not operate another appliance on the same socket (circuit) as the steam cleaner. If an extension cord is absolutely necessary, an extension cord rated a minimum of mm2 cord and 4m in length should be used. Cords rated for less amperage may overheat. Care should be taken to arrange cord so that it cannot be pulled or tripped over. DO NOT leave your Steam Mop unattended when the system is connected to a power supply/electrical outlet. DO NOT store unit with damp or wet micro-fiber cleaning pocket attached. Never leave the steam mop in one spot on any surface for any period of time with a damp or wet micro-fiber cleaning pocket attached as this will damage your floors. Always unplug and allow the steam mop to cool before removing or changing mop heads.! WARNING: Steam mop is designed to clean hard floor surfaces and to create a hygienic enviroment. It is not recommend to use it on wooden floors which are sensitive to water (passes water inside). Long term use on a fixed point of polished surfaces, may let the surface lose its brightness. It is always recommended to test an isolated area of the surface to be cleaned before proceeding. We also recommend that you check the use and care instructions from the floor manufacturer.

Fit one side of the pocket onto the head first, then using the lavender loop, pull the pocket over the head. Attach the quick fasteners on the top of the pocket to secure in place. Snap the mop head into the base to secure it. Press the release button to exchange mop heads. 4- FILL Lay the mop on the floor or on a counter top and remove the water tank cap by turning counter clockwise. Fill the water tank using the filling flask. Do not overfill the water tank. Replace the water cap and tighten. IMPORTANT: Make sure your floors are sealed. When one side of the pocket gets dirty, just turn the mop head over and clean with the other side of the pocket PREPARE For your comfort, you can adjust the height of the mop. J ust lift the latch on the tube 90 degrees to the open position. Holding the handle, extend the tube to the height that s right for you and then close latch to locked position. Plug in mop and wait 30 seconds or less for the mop to heat up. Pump the handle of the mop by pushing downward about 10 to 12 times to create steam. NOTE: Steam is created automatically when you start mopping. QUICK TIP: We ve added additional mop heads for your convenience. Each mop head can be used on your floors. The Triangle Mop Head was specifically designed to reach into those tight corners and spaces, especially those found in the bathroom. Head is completely versatile. 26 Getting Started - cont d IMPORTANT: 2 First things first, always make sure the mop is UNPLUGGED from the wall when not in use. Never fill the mop, attach the mop head, change or remove the micro-fiber pocket when the mop is plugged into the wall. If you have hard water you might want to use distilled water to prolong the life of the Fakir Steam Mop. Make sure you only add water to the tank. Chemicals or cleaning solution may damage the appliance and could be unsafe for you and your family Turn the water tank cap counter clockwise and remove from the tank. 3- Snap the mop head into the base to secure it. Use the filling flask and pour water into the tank. Please don t overfill. Replace the cap on the water tank by turning clockwise and tightening. 2- Select a mop head and cleaning pad. Each mop head can be used on your floors. The Triangle Mop Head was specifically designed to reach into those tight corners and spaces, especially those found in the bathroom. Then attach the quick fasteners on the top of the pocket to secure in place. You can also use the loop to pull the dirty pocket off when you are done mopping after it has cooled.

27 Using Your Steam Mop IMPORTANT: Make sure you don t use the mop without attaching a micro-fiber pocket and adding water to the tank first. When you are using the mop for the first time, it might take longer than the normal 30 seconds to start steaming. Just pump the handle a few times in a downward motion to prime the pump and it should be ready NOTE: Make sure the floors are swept or vacuumed before using the steam mop. Pull and twist the quick release cord holder to unwrap the power cord completely. A great time saver! Plug into a volt electrical outlet. The power On light will turn blue, it takes approximately 30 seconds for the mop to heat up and the steam to be ready. 2- Pump the handle a few times in a downward motion. This pumping action will release steam as you mop and allows you to customize the amount of steam you want. Begin mopping with a forward and backward motion. The natural motion of mopping will produce steam.

28 Using Your Steam Mop For your comfort, you can adjust the height of the mop. Just lift the latch on the tube 90 degrees to the open position. Holding the handle, extend the tube to the height that s right for you and then close the latch to the locked position. When one side of the micro-fiber pocket gets dirty, just flip the mop head and you can quickly start using the other side. Dirt can t hide on either side. IMPORTANT: Please wait minutes for the Steam Mop to cool off before switching the mop head or the micro-fiber pockets. 5- When the water tank is empty, the steam mop will stop producing steam. You can refill the water tank at any time as long as the mop is unplugged from the outlet. Follow the instructions from page 3. This goes for switching the mop heads or micro-fiber pockets as well. IMPORTANT: Never leave the steam mop with a damp/wet micro-fiber pocket on any floor surface for any amount of time as this may damage the floor.

29 Using Your Carpet Glider The Steam Mop won t clean your carpeting or area rugs. However, it s great for deodorizing and freshening THE CARPET GLIDER The Carpet Glider can be used with the rectangle mop head to lightly steam your carpet and area rugs. Just place the mop head on top of the glider and move back and forth across a section of the carpet. The steam mop won t clean your carpeting or areas rugs, but it s great for deodorizing and freshening. NOTE: Please note that the Steam Mop rests on top of the carpet glider and it is not a fixed attachment. Do not leave steam mop with carpet glider in one stationary position for any period of time.

30 Care of Your Steam Mop AFTER USE AND STORAGE 1- When you have finished using the steam mop, and your floors are clean, unplug the cord from the outlet and move it into an upright position. Let the unit cool minutes and release steam by pumping the handle several times before removing the micro-fiber cleaning pocket from the mop head Remove the micro-fiber cleaning pocket by releasing the quick fasteners and using the lavender loop on the side of the pocket, avoiding contact with the hot pocket or dirt. Then empty the water tank. IMPORTANT: Be very careful because the cleaning pockets can get very hot from the steam, so use caution when removing them. Let the unit cool minutes. To store the Fakir Steam Mop hanging up; first remove the head (after it has cooled and the steam has been released) then hang on a large hook. DISPATCH NOTE: If you want to store it standing upright then make sure it s leaning against a wall for added support and safety. Always store your Steam Mop with the micro-fiber pocket removed, away from children or high traffic areas. Carry the appliance in the original package or a similar, well-padded package to prevent damage to the appliance.

31 KEEPING YOUR MICRO-FIBER CLEANING POCKET AS GOOD AS NEW We recommend washing your micro-fiber pockets separately from other fabrics to avoid picking up lint. 2- If there are loose threads on the pocket carefully cut the thread with scissors. Don t pull on them or cut at the base. Only use liquid detergent. (no powder detergent) Don t use any fabric softeners or bleach. Line dry. Do not tumble dry.

32 Troubleshooting Guide PROBLEM POSSIBLE REASONS & SOLUTIONS The Steam Mop will not turn on. Your Steam Mop should be securely plugged into a V AC electrical outlet only. Check your fuse or breaker. If your unit still doesn t work, give us a call at: Steam Mop will not make steam. Prime the pump, see page 4 for more information. Is there water in the water tank? If not, add water to your Steam Mop following the instructions. Steam Mop leaves water on the floor. Check to see if your micro-fiber cleaning pocket is too wet. We recommend you unplug the Steam Mop and change the micro-fiber cleaning pocket. Make sure the steam pocket is attached correctly. Steam Mop is hard to push. Make sure the steam pocket is attached correctly. Check to see if your pocket is excessively dirty. Try increasing the height of the pole for better leverage. Floors are cloudy, streaky or spotty after steaming. The micro-fiber pocket might be dirty. Flip or change the pocket. If you washed the pocket with powder detergent then the pocket might be ruined. If you are cleaning in a kitchen area where there might be a build-up of grease then use a degreasing agent such as an all-purpose cleaner or dish soap and paper towels to clean the area first. You might have left the mop in the same spot for too long. Do you have hard water? If you do you, we recommend switching to distilled water.

Carefully remove the microfiber pocket immediately after you have unplugged and allowed the appliance to cool.

When cleaning the steam mop, unplug the power cord from the electrical outlet and clean with a dry or damp cloth. Do not pour water or use alcohol, benzene or paint thinner on the unit.

Extreme caution should be exercised when using this appliance to clean stairs. Never use steam mop without microfiber pocket attached.

Store steam mop indoors in a cool, dry place.

To avoid circuit overload, do not operate another appliance on the same socket (circuit) as the steam cleaner.

If an extension cord is absolutely necessary, an extension cord rated a minimum of mm

Assemblying appliance

ASSEMBLYING

When assembling your steam mop there may be a little water in or around the water tank. This is because we test all our steam mops % before you buy them, so you get a quality

Insert the Mop Handle end labeled “Front” into the Steam Mop Housing. Make sure it is inserted past the line printed on the pole.

Secure the assembled handle and pole by using the large screw (screwdriver not included). (Fig. 1)

Mop Housing. (Fig. 2)

IMPORTANT

Always make sure the mop is Unplugged from the wall when not in use. Never fill the mop, attach the mop head, change or remove the cleaning pad when the mop is plugged into the wall. To prolong the life of your 2 in 1 Professional Steam Mop, we recommend using distilled water. Make sure you only add water to the tank. Chemicals or cleaning solution may damage the appliance and could be unsafe for you and your family.

Select either the All-Purpose Mop Head or the Triangle

Mop Head and accompanying cleaning pad. Slide the mop head into the pad pocket. Then secure the quick fasteners on the top of the pocket to lock in place. (Fig. 3)

Snap the mop head into the mop body by lining up the groove on the back of the mop body with the groove on the back of the mop head. Push until you hear it latch into place. (Fig. 4)

5.

Turn the water tank cap counter clockwise and remove from the tank. (Fig. 5)

Use the filling flask and pour water into the tank. Do not overfill. Replace the cap on the water tank. (Fig. 6)

NOTE

Do not leave the appliance unattended during use.

When one side of the cleaning pad gets dirty, just flip the mop and you can quickly start using the other side. (Fig. 12)

When the water tank is empty, the appliance will stop producing steam. You can refill the water tank at any time as long as the mop is unplugged from the outlet. This applies to switching the mop heads or the cleaning pad as well.

Usage of Carpet Glider

IMPORTANT

Please wait minutes for the appliance to cool off before switching the mop head or the cleaning pad.

Make sure you do not use the mop without attaching a cleaning pad and adding water to the tank first.

When you are using the mop for the first time, it might take longer than the normal 30 seconds to start steaming.

Never leave the steam mop with a damp/wet microfiber pocket on any floor surface for any amount of time as this may damage the floor.

Portable Handheld Steamer

Direct Steam Nozzle

USAGE

CAUTION

This steam cleaner is designed to clean surfaces that will withstand high heat and moisture. Do not use on unsealed wood surfaces (especially wooden antique furniture), painted surfaces. The sheen may be removed by the heat, steam, and friction of the cleaning tools. It is always recommended to test an isolated area of the surface to be cleaned before proceeding. We also recommend you check the use and care instructions from the surface manufacturer.

CLEANING TIP

The Direct Steam Nozzle creates direct steam spray to clean and sanitise hard to reach nooks & crannies and other places. Use the Direct Steam

Nozzle to loosen and dislodge compact dirt often found in corner and tight places where traditional methods and cleaning tools tend to push dirt into, making it tough to reach and clean. Spray direct steam and wipe clean with a wet cloth or paper towel.

2. First attach the Direct Steam Nozzle by pressing the nozzle onto the Handheld Steamer until it clicks into place. (Fig)

3. The Handheld Steamer is automatically set to SCRUB mode.

Squeeze the steam trigger to activate steam. To change modes press the ON/ STEAM SETTING button to select either DUST,

MOP or SCRUB mode. You can change the steam mode while the Handheld Steamer is in standby or in use. Once the selected setting indicator light has turned blue, hold down the steam trigger to start steaming. (Fig. 17)

CAUTION

Do not press the steam trigger until the Direct

Steam Nozzle is snapped into the main nozzle of your Handheld Steamer.

CAUTION

Do not press the steam trigger while removing the

Direct Steam Nozzle. Avoid touching the tip of the

Direct Steam Nozzle, as this will be very hot after steaming.

NOTE

The Handheld Steamer may continue to emit steam for a few seconds after the trigger is released. This is normal, and the steaming will eventually come to a stop.

To remove the Direct Steam Nozzle, press and hold down

the Handheld Release Buttons. Then slide out the Direct

Steam Nozzle using the grip.

CLEANING TIP

The Garment Steamer is ideal for removing wrinkles from clothing and freshening and grooming upholstery.

A terry bonnet and frame with bristles provides controlled steaming for most types of clothing.

A specialised bonnet is ideal for freshening couches and other upholstery, where odors may accumulate. (Fig. 18B)

CAUTION

Always determine color fastness of any fabric, especially with reds or blues. Take a clean, moist, warm towel and gently rub a small area on the fabric that is as out of sight and out of the way as possible. If color bleeds onto the towel, it is not recommended to use steam cleaner.

1. Select either the garment steamer bonnet or the upholstery bonnet.

2.

Snap the bristle frame over the Garment Steamer attachment.

We recommend to use this figuration in your clothes in order to make them fresh and remove wrinkles. (Fig. 18A)

Snap the Garment Steamer attachment over the bristle frame to freshen and clean your upholstery (Fig. 18B)

3.

Attach the assembled Garment Steamer to the Handheld

Steamer by snapping it into the main nozzle. (Fig. 19)

4.

Select the steam setting and wait until the selected setting

indicator light turns solid blue. Press and hold the steam

trigger button, and move slowly up and down over your garments or upholstery. (Fig. 20)

5.

To remove the Garment Steamer attachment, press and hold down the Handheld Release Buttons. Then slide out the

Garment Steamer attachment using the grip on top of the

Handheld Steamer.

CAUTION

Usage of Hose

1. To use the Accessory Hose, first attach the Accessory Hose to the Handheld Steamer by snapping the Accessory Hose into the main nozzle. (Fig. 21)

To remove the Accessory Hose, press and hold down the

Handheld Release Buttons. Then slide out the Accessory

CAUTION

Do not press the steam trigger while attaching or removing the Accessory Hose.

Window squeege

Cleaning Tip: The window squeegee provides a streak free clean. Start at the top and gently glide downward, wiping excess moisture and dirt away.

Press fit the window squeegee attachment onto the detail cleaning handle.

CAUTION

Always avoid any sudden changes in temperature to prevent breakage or cracks.

Accessory Hose release button. Then slide out the Flat

CAUTION

Do not use the Flat Scrubber Tool without the All-

Purpose Scrubber Pad attached!

CLEANING TIP

The Flat Scrubber is designed for cleaning a variety of surfaces and is exceptional on those that are large and flat including counter tops, table tops, walls mirrors, windows, stairs, shelves and other similar surfaces. Super absorbent bonnet loosens, lifts, and locks in dirt and grime while sanitising at the same time.

When you have finished using the Handheld Steamer, reattach it to the mop by first placing the bottom of the Handheld

Steamer into the cradle of the mop housing. (Fig. 26)

If you have finished mopping, press the ON/ STEAM SETTING button until the LED light blinks blue. This stops the unit from steaming. Unplug the cord from the outlet and place the mop into the upright position. Let the unit cool for minutes.

Remove the cleaning pad by releasing the quick fasteners and using the lavender loop on the side of the pocket, avoiding contact with the hot pad or dirt. (Fig. 27)

We recommend washing your microfiber pads separately from other fabrics to avoid picking up lint. Only use liquid detergent. (no powder detergent) Don’t use any fabric softeners or bleach.

If there are loose threads on the pocket carefully cut the thread with scissors. Don’t pull on them or cut at the base.

Cleaning the nozzle

1.

Your Handheld Steamer should not normally require cleaning, however, should you notice a decrease in the steam output, it may be necessary to remove mineral deposits built up around the nozzles.

Unplug the cleaner from the electrical outlet.

3.

Use the provided nozzle cleaning tool or a small diameter stiff metal wire and carefully insert the end of the wire into the nozzle orifice. (Fig. 32)

4.

Plug in the appliance to the power outlet and test steam output.

• Verify the product is securely plugged into a V AC electrical outlet only.

Steam Mop does not steam

• Verify if there is water inside the water tank. If no, please fill up with water.

• Verify if the steam nozzle is jamed.

Steam Mop more water left on floor after use

• Verify if the cleaning cloth is too wet. Please replace with a dry cloth.

• Verify if the cleaning cloth is well attached in place on the mop head.

• Verify if you use steam mop after it have produced hot steam since turned on for second. Otherwise there will be much moisture because the steam temperature is low.

2 in 1 Professional

Steam Mop is hard to push

• Make sure the cleaning cloth is attached correctly.

• Check if the cleaning cloth is excessively dirty.

• Replace the cloth if it is too dirty or wet.

Floors are cloudy, streaky or spotty after steaming

• The cloth might be dirty. Please replace with a new one.

• If you washed the cloth with powder detergent, there may be residual

detergent left on the cloth. Wash it again with liquid detergent.

• If you are going to clean kitchen area where there might be accumulative grease, 2 in 1 Professional Steam Mop may not be able to clean it up at a time. Please use degreasing agent to clean the floor first.

• You might have left the mop in the same spot for too long.

• Does the water you used is hard? If yes, please use distilled water.
