What a beautiful setting, and that was all that was good. Overpriced for a small room, blood stained curtains and pillow case. Looks like the contractors threw this property together overnight, broken tiles, stained carpet in hallway, grout still smeared on walls, paint dripped and splattered on wood work. There buffet was horrible, impressive to start with but all hot items where cold, sausages, eggplant. Room service was just as bad, never got even the simplest orders right, and my wife speaks Turkish. A couple of staff where attentive, others appeared lost. Not much more to say except , give them a year or two to get there act together . The property needs someone in charge, or someone to train the staff , and have quality checks. I was so impressed by the Executive chef sitting in dining room when so much was wrong in his kitchen. Also was supposed to have a room with a queen bed, ended up with 2 doubles after waiting hours after check in time. BTW thanks for the single cup of tea while we waited, so very genereous.

It is bigger than the rooms in different hotels. we have rooms with one large bed but they are a bit smaller. The room size given to you is 40m2. And in these rooms, it is possible to combine the beds. I would like to express that we are genuinely sorry for this situation experienced during your stay. Otel tesis olarak çok güzel. Elite restaurant yemekler başarılı. Çalışanlar genel olarak çok genç ancak her konuda yardımcı olmak için çaba sarfediyor. Oğlen servisinde Grill Restaurant’ta servis, temizlik ve yemek lezzeti konusunda memnun kalamadık. Masa ve masa etrafı temizliğine özen gösterilmeli. Great for families with small children. Slides at the kids pool is amazing for our 6 year old boy, he loved it! Staff is very helpful and friendly. Food is great too! THe only reason I'm not giving 10 is because we had issues with the shower and pillows in our room. Otherwise it's a 10/10 experience.

Overpriced. Slow service. Fruit juice at breakfast extra money. At dinner, After 1st drink the drinks are extra money. Fast Internet extra money. Free Internet is slow and useless. Room service is slow. They brought water to our room only when we asked for it and it took 1 hour. The service is slow at the grill bar. The heated pool is dirty. The main pool is small. I wouldn’t go there again. Never.

First of all, I would like to state that; If you had been to an "all-inclusive" hotel like the hotels in the South region, you were % correct in your complaints. However, you have purchased a Half Board hotel, the services provided here are clearly written on the site you purchased, openly written on our official website and clearly written on the information form given to you when entering the hotel. In other words, according to the concept, only breakfast and dinner are included in the accommodation fee. And yet, unfortunately, I cannot understand your complaint. Everything else is extra and the choice of whether or not to consume extra is yours. We cannot be a genius in this. While no half-board hotel offers soft drinks for dinner, we offer 1 soft drink. While all hotels offer 1 bottle of water per person per day, we offer 2 bottles. Free water distribution is made during the day, has no specific time and will be placed in your room until at the latest. Apart from that, you can get bottled water at any time, for a fee, in your minibar or other parts of the hotel. Fresh fruit juices are chargeable, as in all half-board hotels and even all-inclusive hotels. Squeezed orange juice is paid even in holiday villages where oranges are grown in their gardens in the south. If we give it for free, of course we will not sink, it is not the cost of the orange. Our capacity is people, just imagining that people want squeezed orange juice at the same time will give us the right. I have to form an orange squeezing team of at least 50 people, and even with this staff, we can only squeeze orange juice in 6 hours. In general, we are in a hurry of how we welcome our guests and how we make them happy, instead of how we receive extras from our guests, but if the content of the purchased product is fully understood by our valued guests, it is not possible to be happy that a very large number of our guests leave our Hotel happily and more than once. Overall had a great stay. Hotel is fairly new in a great location overlooking lake and forest views. Facilities were excellent including state of the art gym, 2 indoor pools and a great Turkish Hamam and sauna/spa facilities. Would definitely come back.

3 kisilik odalarda 3. kisiye aynı konfor sağlanacağı söylenmesine rağmen odaya girdiğimizde oda 2 kişilik olarak hazırlanmıştı ve 3. Kişi için koltukta yatması teklif edildi. Uzun uğraşlar sonrası katlanan yataklardan getirdiler ve rahatsızdı. 3 kişilik oda temin edilmedi. Kahvaltı/akşam yemeği vasatın altında kötüydü.Ocakbasi grill restoranın lezzet kalitesi normaldi fakat o da ekstra ücretli. Limonlu soda içinde limon çekirdekleriyle müşteriye sunuluyor. En salaş yerde bile karşılaşmadığımız kadar baştan savma bir hizmet söz konusu. Aşırı ve rahatsız edici bir şekilde kalabalık, asla hiçbir aktivitede yer bulunmuyor. Spa için aynı günde hizmet alamıyorsunuz onceden rez yaptırılması gerekiyor. Outdoor aktiviteleri vs hep ertesi güne yönlendiriyorlar eğer 1 günlüğüne geliyorsanız hiç şansınız yok. Kahvaltı/akşam yemeği için açık alanda yeme opsiyonu yok, kapalı alanda covid riskiyle yemek zorunda bırakılıyorsunuz. Kimse maske ve sosyal mesafe kurallarına uymuyor. Kaç bin kişilik kapasitesi olan otelin bonfire alanında sadece kişinin oturabileceği yer var ve ücret karşılığında içmek istediğiniz sıcak şarabı bile içemiyorsunuz, tükendi deniyor yenisi yapılmıyor. Aldığı parayı haketmeyen bir işletme. Halkla ilişkiler sıfır. Aradığınızda santrale bile ulaşımıyor, sadece hayal kırıklığı.

Very nice location on top of hill, clean, kind staff specially I should thank funduszeue.info manager of reception for helping us in quarantine time. Big enough swimming pool. Yummy food and luxury hotel. Just the music they played from morning till night, distracted my relaxing time. Very good for walking. Nice view gym.

The hotel is brand new. Huge and spacious lobby. Our room was spacious, so was the bathroom/restroom. The furniture was modern and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable and large. It was clean. Our room had a balcony and a great view of forest. The hotel is literally in the middle of a forest. Hence a lot of fresh air. The staff was helpful, kind and attentive. The food was great, one of the richest menu I can remember in any hotel I stayed in Turkey or elsewhere in the world. My wife and I had a great night and will definitely come again.
