Serdar Sürer graduated from the Department of Economics from Anadolu University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences and started his career at Ekinciler Yatırım Menkul Değerler A.Ş. Having served as the Securities Manager and Mutual Funds Manager in the same institution, Mr. Sürer continued his duty as the Branch Manager at Global Menkul Değerler, which he started in , until Mr. Sürer started his duty at Halkbank in Treasury Management in and he served as the Head of the Bonds and Bills Department, and then the Head of the Money and Capital Markets Department, respectively.

Mr. Sürer, served as the General Manager of Halk Yatırım Menkul Değerler A.Ş. between October and June Lastly, between July and August , her served as Assistant General Manager Responsible for Treasury Management and International Banking at Türkiye Halk Bankası A.Ş. and Chairman of the Board of Halk Yatırım Menkul Değerler A.Ş. Mr. YÜKSEL graduated from Yeditepe University, Business Administration Department in and completed his master’s degree in Economics at Bogazici University. Mr. YÜKSEL started his professional career at the Finansbank as an Assistant Inspector and he worked for the same firm for 8 years with the titles of Senior Assistant Inspector, Inspector and Senior Inspector, respectively. He started his academic career as an assistant professor at Konya Food and Agriculture University in After serving as the head of the International Trade and Business Department for 1 year at this university, he started to work as an assistant professor at Istanbul Medipol University in He obtained the title of associate professor in finance in He still continues to work as an associate professor at Istanbul Medipol University. He has over articles and over 15 English books in the fields of energy finance, renewable energy investments, nuclear energy projects, banking, central banking. 55 of his studies have been published in SSCI and SCI indexed journals.

Mr. UÇAK graduated from Ankara University, Faculty of Law in Mr. UÇAK started his career as an Assistant Expert at the Capital Markets Board of Turkey (CMB) in He was appointed as Expert in and Chief Expert in Between and , he served as the Vice Head of Corporate Finance Department and still continues to perform his duties as Head of Corporate Finance Department.

Esen Pamir KARAGÖZ

Having embarked on her professional life as an auditor in , Pamir Karagöz worked for Citibank Turkey’s Retail Banking department between and with a focus on a wide range of duties such as Strategy, Sales, Wealth Banking and High-Income Clients segment management. In , she was appointed to Barclays Emerging Markets Dubai regional office as the head of Premier Banking and investment products. In 14 countries where she assumed responsibility as part of Barclays, she was engaged in areas such as market penetration strategies for starters, customer value management and strategic channel management.

Between the year and , she worked for Mashreqbank during the bank’s restructuring process as an executive in wealth banking, as well as sales and marketing of investment, insurance and mortgage products. Between the year and , she worked for Deloitte Turkey where she was the Director of strategy, marketing and business development. Mr. ÇİNKO, who graduated from Istanbul University, Faculty of Political Sciences, Department of Public Administration in , started to work as an Academic Specialist in Marmara University Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences in , received the title of Associate Professor in Macro Economics in and received the title of Professor in

Working in various administrative and academic positions at Marmara University, Mr. ÇİNKO also served as Personnel Department Head and General Secretary at the same university. He is still working as the Director of Marmara University Vocational School of Justice.

In addition to his administrative duties, he has many academic articles, papers and books at national and international level.

Mr. KARABACAK graduated from Saint Benoit High School and Ankara University Faculty of Political Sciences, Department of Business Administration, and completed master programs at Bogazici University Financial Engineering and London School of Economics Decision Sciences. He started his career as an assistant planning expert in the State Planning Organization in and later worked as an assistant expert, expert and chief expert in the Enforcement Department at the Capital Markets Board of Turkey (CMB). Mr. KARABACAK worked as a financial consultant for the Promontory Financial Group in London between

After returning to Turkey, Mr. KARABACAK served at the Capital Markets Licensing Registry and Training Agency Inc. (SPL) first as the Executive Vice President, then as the Acting Chief Executive Officer and the Board Member. Mr. KARABACAK served as the chief advisor to the chairman of the board of directors in Borsa Istanbul Group between and as the chairman of the Audit and Surveillance Board between Mr. KARABACAK, who also served as the general secretary of the Federation of Euro-Asian Stock Exchanges for a period, also represented Borsa Istanbul by serving as the vice chairman of the board of directors of the Montenegro Stock Exchange and as a member of the board of directors in Baku and Bishkek stock exchanges. Before joining SPL, Mr. KARABACAK, who worked as a general manager for a private holding company, also served as a member of the board of directors in many organizations in Turkey.

Borsa yılını rekorlarla kapatmasına rağmen &#;ün ilk ayında düşüş kaydetti. Şubat ayının ilk günlerinde de negatif görünüm değişmedi ve devre kesici uygulandı. Düşüşlere rağmen tek kişilik halka arz hissesinden 1 kişi yüzde 2 bin kazanç elde etti. Düşüşlere rağmen tavan tavan giden halka arz senetleri nedeniyle SPK&#;nın inceleme başlatması bekleniyordu.

Ankara Üniversitesi Hukuk Fakültesi&#;nden mezun olan Nizamettin Uçak, kariyerine yılında SPK&#;da &#;Uzman Yardımcısı&#; olarak başladı.

yılında SPK bünyesinde &#;Baş Uzman&#; olarak atanan Uçak, &#; yılları arasında Ortaklıklar Finansmanı Daire Başkan Yardımcılığı görevini üstlendi.

Uçak, yılının temmuz ayından bu yana ise daire başkanlığı görevini yürütüyordu.
